Guest Policies For Romantic Retreats, & College World Series

We will hold your reservation with a credit card payment by phone or with online payment via PayPal. Due to the flexibility of activities, you must make your reservation by calling us at (402) 455-0950 so we can work with you to tailor your retreat to your desires. To hold your reservation with a PayPal payment, we must receive your payment within two days from the date you make your reservation. Your reservation insures your agreement with these policies.

10.5% NE sales and lodging taxes are applied to a portion of room fees. 3% additional fee is applied to all credit card payments to offset merchant fees. Checks and cash are readily accepted without additional fees.

Due to excessive bank charges assessed to my small business to cover rewards bank cards, I will not accept corporate, rewards, or specialty cards any longer. I will accept straight Visa or Mastercards or your debit cards (run as credit) with a 3% surcharge to your invoice to cover costs.

I really do appreciate cash or checks so as to avoid credit card fees altogether. Many of my guests who are also small business owners totally understand this dilemma and it is a dilemma, for sure. Thank you for your understanding.

Please remember we are a small facility with limited space and often utilize outside practitioners. If you must cancel please call us as soon as possible. If you cancel within 14 days of the reservation, we will retain 50% of the full amount unless we can rebook a similar package. If you cancel less than 7 days before your reservation, we may not be able to rebook, in which case we will bill your credit card for the full amount. If we rebook there is no charge.
